Shipping rates to other countries are based upon weight, however, since Brexit prices have been all over the place! This is a very rough guide, but there are so many variables now (neighbouring countries can vary by £10 for no obvious reasons) involved it is best to go through the ordering process and see the price added - this is up to date and how much you will pay.
Where possible all non-UK stock will be sent tracked. This costs more but is generally faster and more reliable:
